Onceagents Floor Coating wants onceagents.homes to work for all visitors, including people with disabilities. This page shows what we do toward that. It is a general template, not legal advice.

The Standard We Follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. It is a widely used benchmark for accessible websites.

What We Do

Our efforts include:

• Clear, orderly headings on each page
• Alt text on images that carry meaning
• Readable type with strong color contrast
• Navigation and forms that work with a keyboard
• Layouts that fit phones, tablets and desktops
• Short sentences and everyday words
• Form fields with plain labels

Known Gaps

Some parts of the site may not fully meet the guidelines yet. Some outside tools or embedded content are beyond our control. We review the site now and then and fix problems when we find them.

We look into each report and try to reply within a few business days.
