How Our Network Works
Speak with a provider

Who picks up the phone
You talk to someone at an independent provider. Onceagents Floor Coating makes the connection. The provider takes it from there.
Call hours vary by provider. Request a callback to check provider availability. Many providers can respond quickly, but timing depends on the season and their schedule.
What the provider may ask
Expect plain questions. They help the provider picture the floor before a visit.
- Is it a garage, basement, porch or shop?
- How old are the house and the slab?
- Are there cracks, flaking, stains or damp spots?
- Has it been sealed, painted or patched before?
- What look do you want? Flakes, solid color or custom floor finishes?
- Is there a drain or a slope?
Photos help. So does anything you know about past repairs.
Questions to put to a provider
Ask these before you agree to anything.
- How will you check the slab for moisture?
- How will you prep it? Grinding, cleaning, crack repair?
- Which product do you suggest, and why: epoxy, polyaspartic or something else?
- How long until I can walk on it? Park on it?
- What does the written quote include?
- What are the warranty terms? Get them in writing.
- Do you hold the license and insurance my state requires?
Old slabs, honest answers. A solid provider will not rush these.
The decision is yours
You do not have to hire anyone you talk to. Compare quotes. Costs vary by size, slab condition and product, so get the price in writing. Some providers also do hardwood flooring installation. If you need that, say so at the start.
A coating done right protects the floor and the value of the home. Take your time. Floor right, once.
