Onceagents Floor Coating is a referral service. Homeowners reach out about garage floors, basements and worn concrete. We pass those requests to independent providers in our network. You run your business. We send the lead.

This is not a job. It is a way to meet homeowners who are ready to talk.

Who fits

We look for independent contractors who:

• Do epoxy garage floors, polyaspartic coating or concrete coating.
• Offer custom floor finishes or hardwood flooring installation.
• Work in older homes and know what a tired slab looks like.
• Serve Chester or the Chester area.

Experience with moisture, past patches and salt damage is a plus.

What we expect

Homeowners come first. We ask providers to:

• Hold the license and insurance their state requires.
• Look at the slab before quoting.
• Explain prep, product and cure time in plain words.
• Give written quotes and honest answers.
• Answer homeowner contacts in a timely way.
• Describe their work truthfully and make no false claims.

Look before coating. Floor right, once. That is the standard.
